What does SwiftGuard cost?
SwiftGuard has 3 plans, billed monthly and ex VAT: Starter at €69 with 150 call minutes, Pro at €199 with 350 and Scale at €449 with 1,000. Billed yearly, two months are free. These are introductory prices, and if we ever need to change yours we tell you in advance.
Does SwiftGuard have a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial: you add a card to start it, nothing is charged for 14 days, and on day 15 your plan starts automatically unless you cancel before then. You can cancel any time from your dashboard.
What does a SwiftGuard plan include?
Every plan answers 24/7 - every call, or only the ones you miss - greets callers in your business name, books the job into your Google Calendar, and keeps each caller’s name, address and problem in your dashboard with recordings and transcripts for 90 days. The plans differ in included call minutes, how long a single call may run and how many callers are answered at once.
Does SwiftGuard charge per minute or per call?
Neither. Each plan includes a fixed number of call minutes a month - 150 on Starter, 350 on Pro, 1,000 on Scale - and there are no per-minute overage charges on any plan.
